Issue with phones Posted or Updated on 25 Jul 2025

We are aware that there is an issue currently affecting phones on the BT & EE networks. This has had an impact on our ability to make external calls. This is causing some disruption with our service being intermittently affected. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope to be back to normal at some point today.
